We offer our domestic customers a full 15 days to receive the products, try them and if they don't work out, return them back to us for an exchange or full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
If you would like to return unopened products, have an error in your order, or your products were damaged during shipment, please send us an email describing the circumstances. If the product was damaged during shipment, please take a photo to send along with your email.
