Cradle cap is caused by a yeast on the scalp. Baby's microbiome is still evolving and this issue should resolve on its own within a few weeks to months.
You can gently massage Lullaby cleanser on the affected scalp area and comb through with a fine tooth comb or cradle cap brush to remove excess skin cells. Stop if you see any redness or irritation on the skin. You may need to do this several times over the course of weeks to remove the excess skin cells.
